1. Service

Opensource AI Agent is a workflow automation platform operated by Open Source AI Ltd. By using this platform you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.
• You must be 18 or older to use this service

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use this platform to:

• Violate any UK or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm other people
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Attempt to access other users' data or systems
• Reverse engineer or resell the platform without permission
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights

4. Plans and Billing

• The Community plan is free with usage limits as described on the pricing page
• Paid plans are billed monthly or daily as selected, via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment at [email protected]
• Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. GBP is the base currency.

5. AI and Workflow Features

• AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always verify important outputs.
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
• For healthcare, legal, or financial workflows — outputs are informational only and must be reviewed by a qualified professional
• GPU resources are shared across users on Standard and Pro plans

6. Data and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all workflows and data you create
• We do not claim ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service
• The platform code and design are proprietary to Open Source AI Ltd

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Open Source AI Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users by email with 14 days notice for material changes.
